Mountain View Recovery Center - A San Rafael Substance abuse recovery center for men

mountain view recovery center san rafaelTyler Knight and Ryan Cooper were referred to FREESTYLE through our favorite Commercial Realtor, Mark Cooper he negotiated their lease terms on their new building in San Rafael. Tyler and Ryan, both recovering addicts themselves shared a passion for recovery and recognized an under-served niche for extended treatment programs. A treatment program designed to help transition patients from in-patient treatment programs back into the real world. FREESTYLE helped facilitate the design and development of an entire identity package from logo design to business card and brochure design and copy all the way through to web design and development. FREESTYLE played an integral part in selecting sensitive yet impactful imagery for the website. Working with Ryan and Tyler was a pleasure and they are having their official San Rafael City Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, Tuesday Feb 07. FREESTYLE wishes them the best of luck!

Cheap Eats Media - A website promoting progressive food joints

cheap eats media promoting progressive food jointsTom James was my Mentor when I worked at Kiteboarding Magazine. He was the Editorial Manager for the Water Sports Division of Bonier, formerly World Publications. Tom always had a passion for food (and writing about food). When Tom retired from Bonier at the end of 2011, he wanted to hit the ground running with a website ready to go for his new business right away. Having worked in the magazine business for over 20 years, Tom already had a pretty good idea of what he thought would work design-wise for his new website. He communicated his ideas to FREESTYLE in a clear way so that we could design and program a Joomla solution that he could update and manage himself. Tom moved to San Francisco less than a year ago and is fast finding himself surrounded by great little food joints. Many food joints are under-represented and under educated when it comes to the web and social media and Tom is providing a cost-effective service to that niche. Way to go Tom!

West Coast Gear - eCommerce Website

clothing website West Coast Gear is the brain child of Northern California native, Jeff Carney. Jeff is a West Coast sports enthusiast who is tired of east coast bias in the sports media; particularly ESPN. Jeff's vision is to create a brand that represents West Coast sports and lifestyle. For this project FREESTYLE chose Joomla and VirtueMart to create a simple yet dynamic eCommerce website with a unique feel to suit Jeff's vision. FREESTYLE chose the photographs to be used on the website which was an integral part of setting the tone for West Coast lifestyle. Jeff has been an absolute pleasure to work with and is really passionate about his visions. Look for more killer projects from Jeff in the very near future.

Alter Systems - A solar eCommerce Project

sf bay area solar company websiteAlter Systems became a client of FREESTYLE Web Solutions in 2010. The company had done some restructuring and was moving the robust job of website management out of house. The website was originally built with hundreds of products and modules in Oscommerce. Oscommerce was a platform that was familiar to Alter Systems so rather than redevelop the website in a new eCommerce solution, FREESTYLE upgraded their current Oscommerce site to the latest version and designed a new template to help focus sales to more widely searched products. Next step - Connecting the Oscommerce store to Quickbooks using Webgility's ECC solution. The end product will be an easier to use website, much more visually appealing and less costly as manual accounting entries will be eliminated.
